- Monday to Friday: 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–19:00
- Saturday: 09:00–12:00
We work strictly by appointment in order to keep waiting times and stress for your animal as low as possible. For planned treatments, preventive examinations or vaccinations, please arrange an appointment in advance.
Emergency Service
In addition, we offer a daily emergency service from 7:00 to 22:00, including Sundays and public holidays. In the case of acute complaints, please be sure to call ahead by phone so that we can assess the urgency and prepare everything. During the emergency service, the statutory fee surcharges and the emergency service fee apply in accordance with the German Scale of Fees for Veterinarians (GOT).
